We are truly excited to be back in-person and have been working through how that will look post-pandemic. As health mandates evolve, we recognize the concerns posed. Nashville was designated a Safe Travel Destination by the World Travel and Tourism Council, which lends peace of mind to visitors.

We know that being in-person must be safe and comfortable for everyone. An AHRA Spring survey showed that 89% of our members are now, or will be fully vaccinated prior to the conference. We completely respect that this event may not fit everyone’s needs. And we are also willing and finally able to facilitate live sharing of knowledge, inspiration, and making connections for those who are ready. Healthcare is a resilient industry and this meeting rejuvenates and keeps us energized for challenges that lay ahead.

The event in Nashville will feature:
– Outstanding educational sessions  with fresh, timely, topical subjects, with ARRT CE credits
– High-energy speakers talking about real-life scenarios and solutions
– A lively exhibit hall with trusted, committed vendors whom you may not have been able to connect with since the pandemic began
-A vibrant, beautiful destination full of history, incredible talent, and great food at every turn, and more.

And check out our Keynote speakers!

Monday August 2 – Lex Gillette will discuss how to FLY! : Find Your Own Wings and Soar above Life’s Challenges (now that’s a timely message!) Generously sponsored by Carestream.
Tuesday August 3 – Devin Henderson will help us understand that Something Greater is Always Possible.  Generously sponsored by United Imaging.
Wednesday August 4 – Jason Hewlett will close our event sharing The Promise:  Become a Legendary Leader and Discover Your Signature Moves, generously sponsored by Bayer.

Let’s talk exhibit hall…Our incredible, world-class vendors have gone above and beyond to support our teams during the pandemic, as well as our AHRA mission, so please use this time to show them how much we appreciate their support.

The IIC, Imaging Innovation Council, have created a value model that includes a foundation built on these 6 Pillars. To be part of a focus group for the IIC, please watch your email and/or contact Sarah Lombardi at foundation@ahra.org.

Register now to take advantage of this week’s (6/14-19) Summer Special!  We’re proud to be offering the first major live event for the imaging community in over a year. It was a brave decision, and our hope is that by providing these offers, more of you can experience the benefits that come with an almost 50-year-strong event dedicated to improving Imaging, Healthcare, and patient outcomes.

if you cannot attend the full meeting, you can still meet for free with the world’s leading imaging and healthcare companies and reps in the exhibit hall.  Shout out to local members— share this outstanding opportunity with your colleagues!

We hope you will join us and really bring back the Annual meeting in grand Nashville style!
