2020 AHRA Broadley Scholarship

By Eric Kallstrom, MBA, FACVP, FASE
In these trying times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, receiving the 2020 AHRA Broadley Scholarship couldn’t have come at a better time. This scholarship not only provides value in the financial necessity to complete my graduate degree, but it is a symbol of the continuing support and commitment that the AHRA provides its membership, albeit in many different forms.

Why we need the AHRA now more than ever…

By Amanda Lynn Garlock, RT(R),(MR)
Our facility hosted the first patient in the nation and I know that I have information to share with others that may help them prepare so that they don’t end up facing as much of a crisis as we did. This is why I belong to the AHRA. This is why we need to encourage those who are new to leadership to join the organization.

What has AHRA done for me?

By Danielle Henrickson, MBA, BSRT(R), CRA
I was offered the chance to attend an AHRA Annual Meeting in 2014 at the Gaylord in National Harbor, Maryland. I met incredible people who were in my same situation, just soaking in all of the knowledge and education that they could. Thanks to my director, I had signed up for the CRA workshop at the conference. I didn’t really know what to expect. The amount of learning and preparation that occurred in one ten-hour day was incredible.
