“You invest in yourself by learning and growing in your knowledge in critical areas.” — Unknown Author
As someone committed to life-long learning, when I read this quote the other day I paused for a moment to reflect on how much time I spend investing in my own personal growth & development, and on all the different ways that I engage in learning activities.
I also began to think about how the critical focus areas of personal growth and development change as we advance throughout our careers. One of the things that I realized during my reflection, is how much knowledge, networking, skill development, training, and education I receive every year as a member of the AHRA.
Whether I am reading LINK, a CE article in Radiology Management, engaging in a conversation on the AHRA Forum: CONNECT, utilizing our AHRA Online Institute, or participating in events like AHRA CLIMB or an Annual Meeting, I am certain I will gain the critical skills, resources, and knowledge that I need to continue to bring value to myself and those that I serve every day.
Please check out the Top 10 Benefits of Membership for easy access to multiple learning resources, and if you have not had a chance to register yet for our upcoming AHRA CLIMB Online event on March 24 & 31, or our 2022 AHRA 50th Annual Meeting, there is still time.
Remember: “There is no more profitable investment than investing in yourself. It is the best investment you can make; you can never go wrong with it. It is the true way to improve yourself to be the best version of you and lets you be able to best serve those around you.” — Roy T. Bennett
