Welcome 2021!
I hope your New Year is going well so far! It’s a new year with new vaccines! Many are very hopeful the end of this pandemic is near. What will 2021 look like? What pandemic induced changes will remain, and which will we usher out the door? As with any big changes, it’s important to understand the end game. Significant changes can bring an opportunity to shape a new culture. That culture determines our success or failure for achieving our goals. Creating and sustaining any culture is critical and must be intentional. Post COVID, what enhancements or complete overhaul can each of us make to our culture to improve our working environment and outcomes for our customers?
AHRA has been enhancing its culture for a couple years now and we learned from this pandemic that we must improve our content and bring it to our members in new and different ways. As we finalize the strategic plan and begin rolling out new initiatives, you will see some new offerings that will enhance your membership. I will share details of those opportunities in future posts. Our culture brings our purpose and brand to life, and we look forward to reshaping the future of Imaging leadership, to bring you the most value for your time and investment. According to Gallup, culture creates alignment which spurs all the momentum in one direction to deliver a seamless experience for our team mates and members. AHRA is in alignment to do just that and help you elevate your own performance.
