CMS recently issued its Final Rule on the 2017 Medicare Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and the 2017 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS). During the comment period, the AHRA Regulatory Affairs Committee submitted its comments on key provisions that will impact AHRA members, two of which are clinical decision support (CDS) and site neutral payments.
